Whether you want to make a juice fast for losing weight or you are willing to include in your diet fresh juices to improve your health, the Duronic JE10 Whole Fruit Juicer is a very wise choice to start your new lifestyle. I found this juicer after my old one broke one day while I was juicing. It started to smell like something’s burned, then I saw smoke coming out of the engine and it finally stopped working. The engine of the old one was only 500W so I guess it could not deal with some of the veggies I was trying to juice. So this is the first feature I started to look for when I searched a new juicer.

Features Of The Duronic JE10 Whole Fruit Centrifugal Power Juicer

It has a powerful 1000W motor that cuts the most stubborn of pineapple cores (the above anecdote hasn’t happened again 😉 ). It also features a large feeding chute what cuts the preparation time; most veggies and fruits can be handled without chopping. It comes with a large pulp container that can hold up to 2.5L. Furthermore, it looks elegant in the kitchen due to its stainless steel design. And something that it is very important, especially if you want to do a juice fast: it is very easy to clean 🙂

Pros

• Large feeding chute, which reduces preparation time considerably. With my oldest one I spent much time chopping my fruits and  veggies; but this juicer makes things much easier and quicker since it has a wide chute that can take whole fruits
• Very easy to clean. It has dishwasher-safe parts
• Large pulp bin
• Its elegant and attractive design will fit perfectly in your kitchen

Cons

• As it commonly happens with centrifugal juicers, the pulp is a bit wet, which means that it yields less juice and less nutrients than a slow juicer (as, for instance, masticating juicers)
• Sometimes pulp gets stuck on lid
• The juicer is a little bulky. If your kitchen is small, you might have a hard time finding the right place for it

Conclusion

I recommend the Duronic JE10 Juicer if you’re just getting started with juicing. Its powerful engine and large feeding chute will make the juicing process much easier and faster. While it is not as efficient as masticating juicers at preserving all the vitamins and nutrients of the fruits and veggies, it still delivers very high quality and delicious juices.
